Deep Offshore Marine Consultants and Contractors is a limited liability company established in 1999, with headquarters located in Istanbul, and representative offices in Turkmenistan and KSA.

Deep Offshore provides commercial diving, offshore construction and marine services primarily for the global oil & gas industry, undertaking contracts overseas including but not limited to the Caspian and the Persian Gulf, as well as regional operations in the Black Sea and the Mediterranean.

Construction Division, Diving & Subsea Division and Marine Division are the  main components of Deep Offshore’s organisational structure, executing projects ranging from service contracts to EPIC contracts.

Deep Offshore is committed to delivering high service quality in an efficient and safe manner, within agreed budget and schedule constraints. Personnel at Deep Offshore recognise the importance of quality and safety management applications and strive to complete project scopes with due regard to the applicable statutory regulations, project specifications, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Deep Offshore maintains a quality management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, and is approved by various classification authorities as a service supplier for in-water surveys.

Deep Offshore has been a member of ADCI (Association of Diving Contractors International) for over twenty years and IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) membership application is under process.

In 2009 Deep Maritime was established as a subsidiary to provide salvage, towage, and marine services. The ownership of Deep Maritime’s AHTS vessel, MV Deep Supporter, has been transferred to Deep Offshore following the merger of the two companies at the end of 2019 with the aim to continue operations under Deep Offshore Marine Division.
